Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of melon pulp
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 150 ml of water

How to make melon sorbet?

  1. Pour 150ml of water into a saucepan
  2. Combine the sugar (and pepper if you want)
  3. Bring and boil and simmer the syrup for 30 - 40 seconds, stirring

  6. Transfer it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make a cold syrup.
  7. Cut the melon, blend it until you get a puree. Add the lemon juice and cold syrup.

  1. Blend 250 grams of raspberries with the lemon juice.

  4. Decorate with the set aside raspberries.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 250 g of blackberries
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 gr of raspberries
  • 100 gr of blueberries
  • 250 ml of water

  1. Grate the lemon zest and set it aside.
  2. In a saucepan, prepare the syrup with 120 g of sugar and 250 ml of water, simmer for about 40 seconds, then leave to cool.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the fridge until completely cool.
  6. Put the liquid in the machine and leave it on for 20 minutes.
