How to prepare the vegetable soup

What we need

  • 1 broccoli
  • Half an onion
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 garlic
  • 5 grams of turmeric powder
  • 5 grams of black pepper powder (5 g)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Blue salt from Persia

How to proceed

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli then the onion
  2. Transfer the ingredients to a pot then add the water
  3. Add the whole garlic, taking care to remove the peel
