White mulled wine, recipe with white wine

Pink mulled wine, alcoholic recipe with rosé and port wine

Boil, for 5 minutes, 0.75 lt of Rose wine. Turn off the stove, add:

  • 125 g of sugar
  • the zest of 1/2 clementine
  • 150 ml of port (fortified wine)
  • a pinch of mace
  • 1 star anise berry
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • a handful of raisins
  • the juice of 2 clementines

To make it more aromatic, soften the raisins in the port before mixing all the ingredients and don't forget to cut the vanilla pod. Also in this case, let the ingredients soak in the wine, serve still hot, without necessarily filtering.

Non-alcoholic mulled wine
