- a quarter cup of sugar,
- half a cup of oil (you can use both olive oil and any other type of oil, such as coconut oil, baby oil, etc.),
- 3 tablespoons of citrus juice (lemon or lime) or 20 drops of lemon essential oil.

How to do an exfoliating leg scrub
Now that you've got all the ingredients, start mixing them all together. Just take any container, large enough, and shake everything.
Then, transfer the mixture you have obtained in this way inside a plastic bottle for easy application.
At this point, immerse your legs in the bath for 5 minutes. Or, if you are taking a shower, wash and soften your hair first, so that your legs have time to come into contact with water for a few minutes.
Once you are sure of this timing, apply the mixture to your legs and scrub gently. You will realize that the material is really comfortable, and that you can also end up using it on your feet and arms.
