How to swim freestyle

Breathe in lightly through your nose before plunging your head into the water, or simply use nose caps for swimming. The nose plugs can be very comfortable, do not worry that they do not preclude anything: while swimming you will have to take breaths of air by inhaling from your mouth!
Once you are familiar with buoyancy, you can start swimming. To swim well, make sure you take long strokes. The longer your strokes, the higher the length covered.
Perform the stroke by extending your arm as if you were to catch something that is out of your reach. When you finish a stroke, and your hand ends backwards along your side, the other hand reaches out and starts again. The strokes thus follow one after the other.
Initially, you can swim by focusing more on your strokes and keeping your feet horizontal with little or no movement. The strength of the arms alone is enough for you to swim!
